By purchasing, downloading or using a PlanetPixy product, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Products
PlanetPixy sells digital products and related services, including Minecraft server packs, plugins, configurations, add-ons, documentation and installation services.
Product descriptions, compatibility requirements and included files are shown on the relevant product page.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, PlanetPixy products are intended for Minecraft Java Edition and compatible server software such as Paper.
3. Orders and Payment
All prices shown in PixyStore include VAT where applicable.
An order becomes binding once payment has been successfully completed and the order has been confirmed.
Customers are responsible for providing correct information during checkout.
PlanetPixy may cancel or refund an order where there is an obvious pricing error, technical error, suspected fraud or payment problem.
4. Digital Delivery
Digital products are normally made available immediately after successful payment or through a download link provided by PixyStore.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that their server, hosting environment and software meet the compatibility requirements listed for the purchased product.
Download links and digital files may not be redistributed publicly unless PlanetPixy explicitly allows this.
5. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Products
Consumers normally have a statutory withdrawal period for distance contracts.
For digital content that is supplied immediately and is not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal may end once delivery begins, provided that the customer has:
- expressly agreed to immediate delivery before the end of the withdrawal period; and
- acknowledged that they lose their right of withdrawal once delivery begins.
Where the required consent or acknowledgement has not been obtained, statutory consumer rights remain applicable. Eur-Lex
Any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected by these Terms.
6. Refunds
Because PlanetPixy primarily sells digital products, refunds are generally not provided after a digital product has been delivered or downloaded where the customer has validly waived the right of withdrawal.
A refund may still be offered where:
- the wrong product was delivered;
- a purchased file is materially defective and PlanetPixy cannot provide a reasonable fix;
- the product does not substantially match its product description;
- PlanetPixy is otherwise legally required to provide a refund.

7. Licence and Permitted Use
Unless otherwise stated, purchasing a PlanetPixy digital product grants the customer a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the product for their own Minecraft server or project.
Customers may:
- install and configure the product;
- modify configuration files for their own server;
- use the product on a server they own or manage.
Customers may not:
- resell or redistribute the product;
- publish the download files or source files;
- claim PlanetPixy products as their own;
- remove or misrepresent copyright or attribution notices;
- distribute modified versions as a competing product without permission.
Separate third-party software included with a server pack remains subject to its own licence terms.
8. Third-Party Software and Services
PlanetPixy products may use or integrate with third-party software and services, including Paper, PlaceholderAPI, TAB, CoreProtect, Discord or other plugins and platforms.
These third parties operate independently from PlanetPixy.
PlanetPixy cannot guarantee that third-party software or services will remain available, compatible or unchanged.
Where third-party software is included in a product, the applicable third-party licences continue to apply.
9. Installation Services
Where an installation service is purchased, the customer must provide the access and information reasonably required to perform the installation.
PlanetPixy will only make changes necessary to provide the agreed service.
Customers should create a complete backup before providing server access.
PlanetPixy is not responsible for existing problems, corrupted files, incompatible third-party plugins or modifications made by the customer or another party.
10. Updates and Compatibility
PlanetPixy may release product updates, bug fixes or compatibility updates.
Unless explicitly stated on the product page, purchasing a product does not guarantee lifetime updates, support for every future Minecraft version or indefinite support.
Minecraft, Paper, plugins and external services may change independently and may temporarily affect compatibility.
11. Support
Reasonable support may be provided for current PlanetPixy products through the support channels specified by PlanetPixy.
Support does not automatically include:
- management of the customer's server;
- fixing unrelated third-party plugins;
- custom plugin development;
- general hosting support;
- repairing modifications made after delivery.
Additional work may require a separate paid service.
12. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for:
- creating backups before installation or modification;
- securing their server and login credentials;
- complying with Minecraft, hosting provider and third-party terms;
- using the product lawfully;
- keeping server software and dependencies appropriately maintained.
Never provide account passwords unless specifically required for an agreed installation service and a secure method has been arranged.
13. Intellectual Property
PlanetPixy retains all rights to its original software, branding, graphics, documentation, configurations and other original material unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of PlanetPixy's intellectual property.
14. Minecraft and Discord Disclaimer
Minecraft is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation.
PlanetPixy and PixySMP are independent projects and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or associated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft.
Discord is a trademark of Discord Inc. PlanetPixy is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Discord Inc.
15. Availability and Liability
PlanetPixy makes reasonable efforts to provide reliable products and accurate documentation.
However, digital products and server software can be affected by updates, incompatibilities, outages and third-party changes.
To the extent permitted by law, PlanetPixy is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profits, lost gameplay progress or data loss caused by the use or installation of a product.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
16. Changes to These Terms
PlanetPixy may update these Terms from time to time.
The Terms applicable at the time an order is placed will generally apply to that purchase, unless a change is required by law.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Dutch law.
Mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer's country of residence remain unaffected.
